Meet Terra Ann

In a world where depression and anxiety are widespread, I refuse to accept anything less than empowered living. Allow me to share my personal journey with you. After nearly ten incredible years on Hawai'i Island, where I established a thriving wellness center and educational 501(c)(3), I faced a critical turning point. Overwhelmed by professional burnout, I began experiencing seizures in 2016.

But here's the remarkable part: Instead of relying on medications, I chose metabolic therapies that not only managed my epilepsy but also led to the reversal of pre-diabetes, asthma, psoriasis, and leaky gut. This firsthand experience has instilled in me a deep reverence for the power of self-directed healing.

Together, in both group settings and one-on-one programs, we will kindle the fire within your heart, unleashing your aspirations for a life well lived. Let’s journey in transformation together. The possibilities are limitless.
