Life is shaped by the quality of our thinking.
And our thinking is shaped by the conversations we’re willing to have: with ourselves, with our bodies, with the people we lead, love, and work beside.
This work supports leaders and thoughtful humans who want to live, lead, and communicate with more clarity, courage, and steadiness.
This work is for the those that are hungry and you know something needs to shift.
The hard conversation.
The boundary.
The burnout pattern.
The decision you keep circling.
The quiet truth asking for your attention.
Power in connection begins with self-connection.
When you can listen inward, steady your nervous system, and speak with care, your relationships change. Your self leadership changes. Your life has more room to breathe.
Power in Connection
About the Work
We work with what is happening: conversations you’re avoiding, pressure you’re carrying, patterns repeating, and the places where your body is telling the truth.
My work blends leadership development, nervous system awareness, health strategy, and deep listening.
Together, we create space for clearer thinking, steadier communication, and more honest choices.
This work can serve you in:
Having difficult conversations with less reactivity
Making clean requests and clear agreements
Rebuilding sustainable rhythms after burnout
Strengthening self-trust
Setting boundaries without losing connection
Leading without abandoning your well-being
Listening more deeply to yourself and others
This is not about fixing you.
Let’s create the conditions for your clear thinking, strong voice, and grounded leadership.
Aloha, I’m Terra Ann.
My path to all this wasn’t linear.
I came through athletics, entrepreneurship, wellness, community-building, burnout, healing, and a whole lot of life asking me to listen more deeply.
I was a Division I softball player at Penn State, a retreat center founder on Hawaiʻi Island, and the creator of an educational nonprofit rooted in sustainability, wellness, and community care.
For years, I built spaces for other people to heal and grow. Then in 2016, my body became the messenger I couldn’t ignore. Burnout, seizures, and multiple health challenges changed the way I understood it all.
That all reshaped everything.
I learned that the body keeps score. That purpose can still become overextension. That healing requires honesty. And that sustainable leadership begins with how we relate to ourselves.
Today, I bring that lived experience into my work with leaders, coaches, creatives, and purpose-driven people who are ready to create meaningful impact without burning themselves out in the process.
My work is shaped by years of transformational training, but my deepest education has come from watching what becomes possible when someone feels safe, can think clearly, and trust their next step.
What are you creating?
